Lisa Pope moved to Colorado from Illinois in 2011. She was suffering from debilitating and painful autoimmune disease, and was over 100 lbs. After attending a Zumba class, she was hooked! She started her road to recovery, wellness and weight loss, and became a Zumba instructor in 2015. Since then Lisa has earned her AFAA, Yoga, Pop-Pilates and other fitness certifications and is passionate about health, fitness and overall wellness! Lisa’s passion shines in every class she teaches, join her weekly classes! It’s never too late to start your health and wellness journey!

Get lean, toned and fit using light to moderate weights. SWEAT gives you a total body workout while toning and strengthening. Your arms & legs will get toned and tight, your bum will get lifted and abs chiseled! Join Lisa every Thursday at 5:30pm
Stretch using foam rollers, bands & rubber balls to lengthen and stretch your minor and major muscle groups. Feel rejuvenated and renewed after each class. Join Lisa every Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm for 30 min Stretch express and Saturday for 1 hour
